Eat as much sushi as you would like at Sushi Rejkj restaurant, for only 13.90€ per person, they are are on the Quarteira promenade near the fish market. Sushi Rejkj source their fresh fish from the fish market next to them, the local fishermen bring in loads of fresh fish everyday to the fish market. It is truly a lovely setting at this restaurant with amazing ocean views from your table. It is also very convenient to come off the beach and out of the hot sun to enjoy a delicious sushi dish with your family. They are flexible so you can order calamari and prawns, other than just sushi. Basically you can order anything off their menu for the same price as above, ideal for kids that might not like sushi.
To order you are given a pad with a pencil, you can write down as many codes as you wish to order off their menu, each dish has a code. The table service is very quick, so if you have ordered for example 6 different dishes, your table will become cluttered if you don’t transfer your dishes to your main plate. They do give you a large empty plate to offload your servings, and then take away your serving plates once transferred.
I enjoyed this red wine, “mini bottle of Borba ,” from the Alentejano region, the mini 375ml bottle gives you a two glasses servings. See chart for more information.
Sushi Rejkj have a variety of different desserts that you can choose, remember it is an extra cost to your final bill including your drinks.
The background music and ocean views were the main contribution to the overall ambiance. the table service is extremely good and servers are very friendly and efficient. The food quality is very good and a decent size portions of helpings are served to you. All the fish is fresh from the fish market. I do recommend this restaurant especially to sushi lovers. My overall recommendation to Sushi Rejkj is a 7 which is very good .
